Well I'm coming up on two weeks with no response from NEA/BCL...
This is getting frustrating, ridiculous and downright unprofessional for a self-proclaimed "aerodefence corporation".
As a general rule, if I have to deal with a company for warranties or anything else, I give them 2 weeks, if absolutely no contact, I start a BBB complaint, along with a call to my CC company for a full refund for any product. NEA/BCL will not be an exception to this rule.
Of note, this has nothing to do with Ryan or SFRC.
