BCL PX19 Foxbat

Lol, geez I forgot about the Dingbat. Any day now, ask IRUN if their Nerd holsters fit. Haha

I know it sucks waiting this long for a firearm, but I wished I had purchased one. I'd give almost anything to receive a new handgun. Opening the box and holding a new handgun is priceless. I pray to the Gun Gods that the CPC reverses this handgun freeze.

What a jerk you must be, why so negative towards something you are not vested in come on man

The point is if people continue to buy Canadian made garbage sticks the manufacturers will just keep churning out garbage. If nobody bought their garbage, they would be forced to release quality products or shut down. Also, the same people who didn't listen to the warnings always come back here asking how to fix their garbage rods after they break and people are sick of it.

Well I paid for it so I will keep an open mind and if it is subpar(sig p320) I will let y’all now pretty quickly.

Don’t underestimate people, everytime a new blc offering is announced people are willing to go down the same ole road once again only to get bitten one more time. It’s comical really.

learned my lesson once with BCL. I honestly don't care what product they bring out, never anything but issues.
Not to mention the terribly stupid names, and the horrid designs of some products. I feel for everyone who bought, Dare I even ask the price?
tough to believe that their bronco and bison's are selling that hard, heavy ugly looking things.

Agreed, I never bought anything from them but learned from the misery of others. I’d love it if a Canadian manufacturer put out good quality gear but blc isn’t in that category unfortunately.

From my recollection the document sent out for our cerakote requests it was between 66-68 total that were approved. It will be interesting to see what the numbers work out to. Obviously it will be the overall total run but I would like to know how the breakdown of colors works out, I’m sure some of us will have 1 of 6 or whatever on specific color combos. Not that this necessarily translates to any specific value, it’s just something I’ve been wondering. It will be cool to see what others choose for colors

BCL since AR days has, and always will be rotten, its in their core unfortunately and there have been multiple instances of this being proven to countless people.
Their primary goal was to compete with PSA/AERO/Anderson budget manufacturers, who provide cheaper options by cutting back in non essentials and production capacity,
BCL did it by scaling back everything including quality.
From cracked bolt carriers, 8moa barrels and hardware so off-spec it causes doesn't work, I have seen it first hand, and for that I will never support BCL again.

The only reason the Bronco and Bisons were selling is because they beat the market to the "urban sniper" build from factory, most people think it has a cool factor to it, especially if compact and not long range are up your alley.
It has been done with rem700s and Ruger Americans for a long time, I myself had a MDT chassis 12" barreled rem 700 in 308, however it ends up expensive when you consider the costs of aftermarket components.

BCL is offering this off the shelf, and since the CZ600 Trail/Remington 700 PCR** has hit the market, my local store hasn't sold a single BCL, I suspect their past record and statistics comparison is to blame for that.
The same local store had them on 30% off over black friday weekend, none sold. That alone speaks for the public opinion on the BCL lineup

This was my first time buying a BCL product, and obviously I am not thrilled with the extensive delay, but ultimately it will come down to the quality of the PX19 that I/ we receive. There was a time, in the months following my PX19 order, that I was considering buying a BCL rifle but I opted against it given the poor communication surrounding the PX19 project.

Recently I have been told to expect my PX19 within a month but we've heard that before. Oh and since you dared to ask, I paid $1,399 pre-tax.
