The clay holders need redesigning to prevent the shrapnel from other hit clays destroying unhit clays, also the mess it creates that I will have to clean up before I can catch the ferry, also the pain in the ass of the logistics of me getting clays and transporting them or relying on someone to actually get that done with an absolute guarantee the clays will be there and be unbroken on Saturday, also taking care of the safety glasses for the markers and the fact it will be marked by cadets this year and they may not be happy about getting a clay shower. Altogether too much of a pain in the ass for my first time doing this, I am already working on the replacement of our roofprops and that is not easy to come up with the material for 20 roofs, plus the other items involved like talking to past directors and competitors of this match so I can complete the rule changes, the course of fire, and the entry forms so it can go out in the spring mailout. Pricing and organizing the T-shirts, trophies and awards, Talking to the different police departments trying to bolster participation, Talking to potential sponsors and past sponsors, Talking to Potential range staff, Compiling a list of e-mail addys for the entry forms to go out in three days, and lastly printing targets for the different matches. Organizing this is a lot of work, ask Ryan. Managing to do all this while having a family that comes first, a job that is second, and still wanting to get my rifle out and put some rounds down range.......So no Clays this year, maybe next year
