Beltfed .22 AR-15 upper ( Lakeside machine )

Lots of fail in this thread.

Yep Razorback is allow to be in Canada, however, regardless the length of barrel, it will be restricted since you are using it with your AR15 lower.
1. The Razorback cannot withstand classification,
since it is not a firearm in itself, at least as of today,
since normally it cannot fire by itself.
You can put one in the backpack and go in the woods.
It is not a firearm.
2. If in the future it will be classed as a firearm in itself,
barrel length becomes VERY important,
since it greatly contributes to the OAL of the host firearm.
3. Even if it stays legally as a non-firearm,
if one day some business will decide to make LOTS of money,
they can try to make one to be adapted on a gun that is
normally non-restricted (Swiss, XCR, ACR, ISSG/SCAR, AR180, Rhineland, etc.),
then they will realize how important the barrel length is, because,
as I said above, it greatly contributes to the OAL of the host firearm.
*Note: in addition, on some of the above firearms,
it will have to replace serialized upper receivers of the initial guns;)

These would never be allowed into the country. they need the auto sear of an m16 to function. I don`t think too many semi colts with an outo sear are available in canada.
It would be great if someone could make an upper run an american 180 magazine or a calico mag right nere in canada. Or for that matter a whole rifle with either of those magazines.
If you are talking about the upper,
at least one of these uppers as in the youtube I have posted IS in Canada.
It is not a firearm, as it cannot fire by itself. It needs the lower in order to fire.
Speaking of which, it can be made to work on semi lowers.
Altough no longer in production, these uppers can be modded
(with a lot of work) to be switched between open bolt / closed bolt.

For people who are interested, we will be mainly bringing in the 10.5" to 12.5" version of the Razorback w/ the deluxe rail that they offer. We will announce the pricing once we have more news.

As for the M1919A4 1/2 scale, we will be submitting a sample to RCMP to determine its classification.

I own a vindicator in .17 mach 2. its pretty nifty firing a belt fed that small. These exist in Canada

How in the world did you get a Vindicator into Canada if you don't mind me asking?

The Vindicator is such a cool looking rifle. The receiver portion is almost identical to the one used in the mini 1919A4's that Lakeside produces.

I would be interested a 12.5" version...depending on price of course. ;)

I spoke with the manufacturer of the am upper he told me that it only operated with an auto sear found on the m16, and that it would not function without one. Anything and everthing is possible.
I would love to have some sort of 22 that ran with that large magazine.

I've done some study, and the full auto version of the RB requires either a replacement bolt, or a modified bolt in order to trip the autosear for full auto operation.

(I'm quite familiar with F/A operations in the M-16 FOW....)

That is so cool. I just have one problem now. Didn't expect the approval to come through so fast that I had already spent the money I was going to use for the Razorback on a semi-1919a4 project. Arrrgh!!!
