huh, I never moved anything, you obviously have only done selective reading, I have explained what happened to me in detail before on this forum, you are the one not believing me and now you wish to narrow the scope to not include my own case/charges, might as well just narrow the scope to charges related to beowulf mags only since there has only been one case so that supports your argument of a
I guess you just want to argue with yourself

Not being an idiot here, but acting on a clients behalf and contacting the RCMP is more than any consultation has ever included for me.
Why I find it surprising
I would have liked to see it go to court as wellI'm pretty sure that I know who his counsel was and if I'm right said counsel wants to have a chance to take this to court. Doesn't surprise me in the least that he'd put a few hours in for free.

So you can stick it in your back pocket, wander around the desert for a month, and they'll still be edible?
shawn, why are you evening arguing with brian46? countless threads on here that has proven more than once that he is the CGN idiot.
He is bringing you down to his level and kicking your ass with experience.
believe what exactly that is "cancer"? have I said the mags are illegal? no. I have said the RCMP SFSS opinion is clear that they are prohibited devices, they have put it in writing a number of times to various retailer, importers and businesses that considered manufacturing them. Those retailers/businesses/manufacturers have posted up their correspondence with the RCMP SFSS on this very forum so it is no secret. A large shipment of these Magazines was also prohibited entry into canadaUnfortunately if junk like that goes unopposed new people believe it and pass it on spreading the cancer.
Shawn
there is nothing in what I wrote above your last post that is not actually true thoughRepeating your statement dont make it true
link to said bulletin that specifically states they are legal, (not a non legal or binding interpretation/opinion) of a bulletinThe law says they're legal, an organization that neither writes not interprets law has an opinion that they're not legal. That same organization also has released a bulletin that says they are legal.
law: legal
RCMP: both illegal & legal depending on who's opinion you want to listen too.
Therefore: LEGAL
"Across the spectrum of numerous inspections, RCMP-SFSS has not seen a single 50 Beowulf magazine or a single 458 Socom Calibre magazine for the AR-15 platform that is not prohibited. This is because the magazine designs we have seen have been adapted from the AR-15/M16 5.56 x 45 mm design to accommodate the 458 Socom & 50 Beowulf calibre cartridge but have never lost the 5.56 mm design features.

The SFSS opinion letter/documents have all been clear in the way it names all magazines of a certain type.
