Nice looking firearm! Are the hand guards solid, and will they interfere with a mag extension?

The hand guards are very solid...a lot of guys run this in the US and they all have mag extensions, but I am not an expert in these things.

They are an awesome upgrade, I like magpuls ergonomics and quality, so much so that I have one of both my Remington 870 as well as the Beretta 1301, I highly recommend them.
