It seem's pretty good, the one flyer was 100% me. The middle Aguila group is nice. I was adjusting the stock between groups, so I'm sure I can do a bit better after I get it settled.
The description of GM HV Match and GM Match suggests to me this is the Federal Target.
The premium Federal is Match with the silver bullet on the end where the flap has a lot number.
This is the ammunition manufactured by RWS to R50 standards.
World of difference and the price is worth it.
Will wait for the groups produced at 100 yards/metres.
So I was half right.
The Federal premium Match is far better when Cabela's has it on sale at $15 and $12.
The High Velocity and the Target are barely passable but exceeds Aguilla.
The Federal produced varieties are not identifiable by lot number so what shoots good today may never be available again.
Shoot the good stuff then after proper testing buy a case of the best
The best is determined by averaging five 10-shot groups at 100 yards/metres then buying a case from a dealer that was able to save you a case after your tests.
The silver bullet variety will probably not be available after testing in case lots at Cabela's but if you were to order a case it will be same lot it you negotiated over the phone.
The Silver bullet variety is produced by RWS to R50 standards.
The Aguila is doing good, shoots better than the GM match. I’ll have to go back to the store I bought it from next time I visit that town.
This is the Aguila at 100.
Had a great afternoon with 84 wankel shooting steel. Had the 1/3 ipsc at 300 yards dialed in until the gusts blow. Had anywhere from .8 mil to 4 mil windage. Fun game trying to guess at the gusts
