B. Also i've seen the letters saying they had to turn it in similarly to the recent thing, it's been three years and none of them that I know of did and they got their licenses still. It cannot leave the house at all unless you want a one way trip to jail

The issue the RCMP is there is little to no funding, and the incentive to just march into a place that has guns in said place even with the rules in place doesn't make them feel safe to do, that why you are asked to turn them in, not just march down to the rcmp offices. The RCMP don't want to put in too much effort to take guns anyways, they will try, but with the least amount of effort
