Bought a surplus x95

the original one is not that bad lol

I found it wayyy too grippy…was always snagging on my clothing…thin one makes the gun about 1.5” shorter…saves a big of weight and brings the weight of the rifle that much closer back to you…a lot of positives for about $50 lol

Well an update to this post which is kinda dead anyways, but i got my x95 just the 18.5 inch with the option to sbr it anyways if i wanted to, but the 18 inch doesn't feel like an 18 inch anyways, feels like im cheating with this gun like im using a 10 inch sbr ar180 clone

Put a thin buttpad on it and it’s pretty damn compact!

Well i did now and the thin buttpad is on the way. I have no regrets with this gun and even if it does become prohib, i doubt its a commercial rifle, then its nr.

I really hate our government, but at least i didn't lose my money in this so i got very lucky
