Brand new .223 available in Canada - NS with FRT

Probably waiting until they know the Federal Election outcome…I know I am.
Indeed, definitely one reason for sure.....:)

I'm thinking the same thing.

It's odd this is the only semi-auto that I know of is available. And one can bet the Liberal b@g-lickers will have this rifle in their sights as well......:(

I do not like the poor accuracy that people show. 2" MOA sucks in my opinion. But if this is all that's left, it might be an option for many target shooters and hunters alike.....:)

People are broke, all sales are down across all industries. I'm sure there's a few savings up, or waiting for payday. I'm going to try and get to the range tonight and get some footage.
I'm seriously thinking of getting one, but I'd like an accuracy report first.. and a confirmation that it holds zero after reassembly

I took it out shooting, had a horrible time trying to sight it in, took off the scope, and was plinking red hostage steel at 100 yards with iron sights. Scope ring issues for me is my excuse, but once I took off the scope I could hit what I wanted. Now I could only get it to 100 yards with my limited range.

I had a good chat with some gentlemen at the range as they browsed the rifle, really liked the fit and finish of the rifle. They were impressed with the 1:7 twist rate, suggested higher grain ammo. I was shooting 55gr. nosler.

I'll put a video together over the next couple days.

Interesting.

The sights are attached to the barrel, while the rail is on the receiver.

In the worst case scenario, it could be the barrel changing position during its cycle, as the barrel attaches to the rifle much like a shotgun.

This could be an open sight rifle only…possibly?

Anxious to see.

No it was #### rings, lack of bore sighter, and low ammo count. No extra to f around and find out. Nothing to do with the rifle, just my lack of preparation.

I wonder if any of the shotgun handguards or stocks will work on this? Would definitely make it look better. Might be in for one if they do. Sounds like it doesn’t shoot any worse then a type 81
