I wanted to post this as immediately! I just finished buying 500 case of Winchester 9mm Luger 115 gr FMJ at the local shop. It was on sale $140/500 so I figured this would hold me over until my value pack order came in. I have previously bought this ammo in the value packs and had absolutely no issue. I have put 1000rnds down range without fail. I got to the range and started to load my mags found that for some reason they weren't loading smoothly managed to get 7 rounds into one mag and about 5 in another and about 4 into another. Anxious to shoot I thought maybe it was time to clean my mags???? racked the first mag and second shot, failed to feed. Cleared it racked it up and second shot failed. But this time it was jammed, and not just any jam, almost seized. After literally heaving on the slide with the help of one of the RO's finally freed it up. Btw.. this is a Gen 3 Glock 17, thousands of rounds not one issue. We decided to start inspecting the ammo... I'll be f**ked... Completely reloaded odd sized ammo, not properly pressed all different brass, bullet sizes varying in size up to 1/4" to 3/8" difference in Length. an absolute complete nightmare. Called the shop and they said they make it right, I just wanted to warn everyone else out there. Luckily the Glock was unharmed mags as well! put 50 rounds of Federal through it afterwards to clean it out
no issues.
I try to post some pics... unbelievable!
