Actually I have a .22 already, but a rifle; a Ruger 10/22, which I put oodles of rounds through at very little cost, but a .22 pistol is on my list for future buys (perhaps a nice elegant looking High Standard). Right now though I just wanted a full power pistol that I could shoot all year round (as I said, our winter indoor range prohibits lead ammunition and there is no WinClean .22 ammo).
And yeah, I've been very tempted to go with a Norinco pistol because I haven't really heard any bad things about their products. By all accounts they work how they're supposed to. A friend of mine has their M14 rifle and we had a blast putting rounds through it a couple of weeks ago. I just figure I buy enough stuff made in China as it is.
