emails threatening me and my property
I would ask for a 100% refund plus interest, no exceptions... even if it means going to court.
NOT TENDA story: I bought a synthetic stock long gun during a sale with a
not tenda CGN vendor during a "use a discount code" sale. One or two days later I got a phone call: the
not tenda CGN sponsor said the long gun was on sale and somehow there was a computer glitch and it allowed a sale on top of a sale. The
not tenda CGN sponsor refused to sell at that price.
I complained that it was on them and I should not be responsible: that I can't be on the hook for the $50 mistake they made. After their "we're a family run business and you can't force us to lock our doors" crying and whining I relented. On the order was also a few other small items including a 3 pack of PMags.
The rifle showed up a week later in the manufacturer's box with zero packing, no cardboard dividers, nothing in the box to prevent anything from moving. The muzzle put a hole in the box at some point. The stuff inside rattled around so hard (Canada Post throwing it?) the receiver of the long gun broke a PMag snap on cover. How F*N hard does something have to rattle around to break a PMag?
When it arrived I gave up. I never complained: I didn't want the fight with the whiners. I have never once bought anything from them since, nor allowed every gun owner I know locally to do anything but spit on that
not tenda CGN sponsor.
Luckily, being a steel and composite stock long gun I was able to strip the firearm down, re-bed it, and it shoots as good as that make and model can.
I wish at the time I had asked for a 100% refund and slathered them with bad reviews everywhere on the planet.
Don't make my mistake.
