Changed to 2014-2015 Wterfowl hunting thread!

There's green grass between the foreshore and dyke, small patches of really nice lawn haha. I'm eating them tonight, curious how the green-wing teal will taste ;)

*addendum: Teal was kind of marshy tasting, kind of expected for a dabbler. Mallard was good as always :) Now need to go back out and get some more

I've eat em before but never shot one myself, Mallard is a lighter meat of the duck world. My favorite duck to eat as well as my fiance's is ring neck best tastin duck out there IMO, if you get a chance at some don't pass em up!

Nothin like bein able too shoot ducks off your lawn though thats awesome haha :cool:
