Chiappa Little Badger Mod Project - Holy Moley....

If you bend the metal stock down a bit, you will get a smaller package when folded and as a bonus the iron (plastic) sights will be more comfortable

ordered a knurled metal threaded cap off ebay for $5 - looks great!

my contribution to this ever going thread.

lost the plastic thread protector first time i had the gun out so needed a new one.

The only ones I could find on ebay were half inch long which would be too short? Can you confirm your length and provide a pic?

Same here, although my plastic one ended up in the parts bin. Waiting for the slow boat to deliver now! I also got an Uncle Mikes barrel clamp sling attachment and a quick release swivel mount to go on the stock later - and some kydex to make a mounting plate for the buttstock sling swivel & shtf gear.

I've used a heavy rubber wrist band around mine and I've also used a velcro wrap strap that is meant for holding electrical cords in storage.
The velcro strap is long enough to wrap around the barrel when it's folded and secure it from moving.

For hunting the rubber band is better though, the velcro strap can get caught on your clothes depending on what you are wearing.

I don't know where you can buy single rubber wrist bands, they seem to be used for events, I got mine from a friends memorial....

An added bonus if you buy a dozen is you can also use them on spray lubricant cans to hold the plastic extension wands securely to the can.... :)

The smallest size is the one you want.

I kept my Badger 22 Magnum simple as I could so it would still go into it's carry bag.I put some side plates on mine to give a more comfortable hold.Adds very little to the dimensions. They are very grippy and soft to hang on to.

Great ideas. I happened to have some of the velcro wire wrap. I like how it can be slid forward when I need access.

Here's mine so far. I found the knife locally. Originally I had it centered in the stock, but the sheath didn't fit the stock as nicely as Orion's, and it was impossible to draw without knocking ammo out of the holder. I am trying this position and I like it...although it may look kinda funny. It gives more to hold onto and allows for a more natural wrist position while shooting.

That sheath does look like a nice little grip improvement..... :)
I think a pouch of some sort in the wire stock makes sense but personally I prefer the knife in my pocket or on a belt.

I stick my cartridges in the other way and just slide them forward as needed.

Got my trs in today. Ordered the 731303 bushnell trophy version, box is marked 731303 on the side, graphics show gold lettering on the box. Sight has white lettering with the laser at maybe 5 o'clock? Don't lose the dot at any angle it's still visible in the window and it's sharp and very clear. Guess the lettering isn't the only indicator anymore?

Mine which I ordered from amazon a few weeks ago is exactly as you described - just tried it out right now. Interestingly, the the illumination dial goes to 11...
