China Made M4 Carbine

Chicoms are master copycats. They used to copy Soviet weaponries from SKS, AK to T55 tanks and Mig 21. Now that they are half capitalists, it's only logical to save on R&D expenditures and mass pirate M4s & M203s at a fraction of the cost in the West.

Considering this is their daily drill...

Damn!!! They must have really liked the colt from the game.
I would jump on the bandwagon for this gun but I already have an M4. Now unless they price those suckers at 500$

To the guys who are saying this is fake, just read back a couple of posts, namely:

I've actually handled it, and it's not bad.

Much better finish than the CQ311, machining seems to be better too.

It's supplied with the carry handle w/A2 sights, and back up iron sights for the rail.

If it can be sold in Canada for an economical price, it should prove popular.

Remember Dr van Nostran is from BC?

and Levers always has first hand stuffs from Norinco or Chinese milsurps (not the best prices but got the toys much faster than Marstar) and they are the only one(in Canada) carry PLA currently issued handgun!

and Johnone already said their AR would be American made.

I would like to see the Marstar AR.........sometime before I'm 70. Sorry, but I can't wait too many months.

True enough. I'm glad I bought my CQ instead of waiting for Marstar's AR that was supposed to be out LAST SUMMER. Oh well, not slagging Marstar in the least, I'm just happy with my CQ and the fact I've been able to use it lots instead of just waiting.

I'm not sure how legal that thing is, I'm pretty sure the ambi mag release is still under patent and I think the double heat-shield handguards are too. Erm... actually I just checked, no they aren't.

But anyway, I'm sure Colt's will point out (like they always do) that only THEY have the actual TDP for the M4, so this is just some knock-off that isn't milspec and probably uses the wrong springs, etc. And everyone will ignore them and carry on regardless.

Given all their union problems, I bet Colt's wouldn't mind subcontracting it all out to China, but their US military supply contracts preclude doing that.

I know a canadian dealer that has a sample too and has said they WILL bring them in and the dealer is not in BC, but a little further east and is not near Ottawa either
