COMING SOON: Adler Arms RF224 11.7'' Shorty Tacticool 22 LR Rifle *Open for Backorder*

Rossi has a model in a Modern sporter chassis available in .22 WMR. The Rossi/CBC 7122m Delta (there's a Modern Sporter with a 14.5in barrel and 16in barrel and traditional style with a 21in barrel). Would love to see the 14.5in 7122m Delta model in Canada.
They look good! I'd buy one!

Has anyone done any field reports or test fires of these particular guns? I like the look and the price is right but I don't need another jam-o-matic.
I’ve had mine out. It doesn’t like CCI Semiauto subsonic. Runs CCI mini mags well.

I got the black one. After playing with it I bought a white one too.

Why would you do that/alter the factory mag well, when it comes with the 597 adapter for all the high cap mags you want.
Because actual mags are more reliable than adapter, ad tuff mags are better built than the 597 mags.
The tuff 22 mag may be a 22round mag, but its based on stripper clips, each mag has the ability to run 64 rounds without removing it from the mag well to reload.

Even more of you buy extra stripper clips.

They've bee out and about for roughly a year now, lots of reviews dating back to 10-12 months ago.
The pre order is just for the specific store restocking them again

I’m fairly certain that these newer ones are redesigned. I could be wrong tho.

Older ones looked different and didn’t take Ruger 1022 mags

Where can you get, right now, in stock, Tuff 22 mags? Thnx.

Why would you choose 17HMR over WMR for a PDW? WMR is better suited for that.
What about the 17wsm.

I'd love to see more semi autos here in Canada offering this up.

What a cartridge.

I'd love to pick up a Franklin armory f17 but because it looks like an AR15 and can just buy the complete upper I don't think we would be able to bring it into Canada.

It is only because I admittedly know little of the WMR, and my experience with 17 HMR has been awesome!
The 17 HMR is indeed awesome! Super fast and explosive, but it lacks the penetration necessary to be a decent PDW cartridge. For smaller game they work impressively well.

WMR bullets are generally twice the weight, hit harder and penetrate better at closer ranges. More suited to medium sized animals including 2 legged ones.

CSC, DLASK and two other sponsors have them in stock, just a quick google search will pop them up.

They are the same, both took 10/22 mags, however Adler made their own knockoff 10 rounders that look slightly different

Ah! Interesting. Didn’t know that. The information for the old ones reads: “The Adler Arms RF-224 uses its own proprietary 10-round box magazines” (doesn’t mean that description is correct tho)

I just got back in from another 50 rounds.

HATES CCI Clean Suppressor. (Won’t feed or eject)
Dislikes CCI Semi-Auto Subsonic. (Will eject, won’t feed next round)
Likes CCI Mini Mags (No malfs)

Thanks for the reports JeffMan!
Looking forward to seeing more reviews soon from others.
No problem. Groups seem pretty good too. I’m just using a dot, but no flyers or anything.

With a dot I got every round into a loonie at 25 yards.

It also doesn’t seem sensitive to using the magazine as a monopod; I’ve shot freehand and using the 25 round Ruger mag (blocked to 10) as a monopod, with no ill effect.
