Great video. I posted it on another site and also got a bunch of negative feedback. I get a kick out of how many people readily criticize someone for taking part in a legal activity, and then complaint when others criticize them for taking part in some other legal activity which they don't find offensive.
EG.#1 Cougar hunter goes into abandoned mine shaft with top predator species mere inches away, gets a little rattled, and makes a poor shot. Cougar hunter then tracks animal down and kills it. Everyone hates him for being cruel and mean even though they have never been in his situation and therefore can't accurately say what they would do differently or better.
EG#2 Deer Hunter sits in his tree stand with his son waiting for a deer. Nice deer walks out. Best deer the hunter has ever seen. Hunter rushes shot, wounds deer, but deer dies 100yrds or so away. Hunter finds deer and takes it home. At work HUnter tells story to co-worker. Co-worker looks at deer hunter with disgust and proceeds to give lecture on how wrong and in humane hunter is and how he should be ashamed of himself. Hunter is mad because he loves hunting and hopes his son will too, but worrys that anti hunters will not allow future generations to do so.
It doesn't matter wether hunters are attacked by leaf licking granola crunchers, or fellow hunters the results are the same. If you don't enjoy a certain type of hunting like cougar hunting or varmint hunting or deer hunting or duck hunting then don't partake in it but there is no need to attack those who do.
