Correction, I believe it meant something to the provincial government and they forced ATRS to stop production at the risk of losing their business license. Not quite the same thing

I have had COs and NWMP looked over my MV firearms while at stop checks or out hunting and they said everything was locked up great. And then they told me to carry on.
I can't wait till trudeau is gone. F**k that guy.

People are assuming the Crypto won't be classified as a prohib...regardless of how you interpret the law, nothing is set in stone yet. I for one would not want to sink my hard earned money into something I can't use.

Because all my ARs were restricted...they were range toys with CFO harassment full engaged.

If I can make this crypto run and shoot I see no point keeping any of my ARs if/when we go back to April 2020 rules.
 
The front pins look like they do a great job of locating the upper to the lower. Might be a decent platform for accuracy? Not sure about the longevity of the 6061 how ever..
 
Not really a concern of mine. Very minor issue in a tool. The fact that the barrel fit the receiver without needing a lathe or to be glued or shimmed was more of a win to me. Like I said before I have made BCL stuff work.

As for receiver to upper fit. It is snug. Even with the weight of the Hbar and optic you need to push the receivers apart.
 
Does that Aero handguard have anti rotation tabs? Or do you think there will be any issues with handguards with anti rotation tabs?

It does to either side of the receiver rail (but neither of the ears is actually touching). I don't think there will be any issues with most handguards, however it is much wider at the bottom to accommodate the pins.

Thanks for details and taking the time to answer my question. From what you’ve described if the anti rotation tabs are at the top of the handguard that should be fine and fit.

If the anti rotation tabs are at the bottom of the handguard the handguard might not fit because the bottom of the receiver is wider because of the two pins.
