I have also been redirected to north sylva, which I am not too excited about.

I ordered this rifle for a friend while he was waiting for his RPAL. My last email from SFRC says that the warranty is only good for the original owner, but the warranty card says the warranty is valid regardless of ownership. I am waiting for a reply from both SFRC and North Sylva on this matter, as I DO NOT want to wait for another transfer to be approved!

Thats easy to say when your not the one who has to wait much longer than necessary just to get a response telling you to go somewhere else.

On the other hand, I didnt say everyone is passing the buck. I am posting this to save other the hassle of trying to get this problem solved. It has been a month since I brought this to light, and I JUST found out who actually takes care of the warranty (I think).

Thanks for posting. I fore see more ppl needing this information.

no dice for me, I got it from the 400$ deal. no warranty. Gonna have to see if I can do an easy fix myself

oh and on a side not I never had one stove pipe so far. just the FTF's that result in bashing the bullet into the casing.

I'm not sure where heard there was no warranty on rifle's sold by Wolverine but there is. North Sylvia said they would still warranty them.

Opps, that was for both the posts not just yours.

Let me first apologise for the late response, in regards to your issue with your CSA VZ58 you will need to contact TACTICAL ORDNANCE INC. as they handle the warranty issues (905) 836-8434 Casey.

Regards

Robert

I just phoned Casey. I will be shipping the rifle to him to have a look (at my expense unfortunately, but what can ya do).

The warranty IS transferable, and Casey seems pretty reasonable.

Hopefully breakiing in the gun tomorrow. I took it down and cleaned it. So heres hoping mine is good to go! For guys shipping gun back, whats the shipping damage looking like?

I suppose it depends where you ship it from. I will be sending mine from Victoria, so my cost should be at the higher end of the scale. I will let you know when I ship it.
