Hornady 75 gr match shot over 5 moa.
Is anyone getting sun 3-4 moa groups out of their CZ? I purchased mine for coyote hunting and want it to be ethical for shots out to 250m. I have a Tavor so if there is no accuracy benefit to the CZ it’s going up for sale.
I'm getting around 1 MOA with reloads, 69 gr SMKs
What is your rifle configuration and load parameters?
Thank you very much for info . Sorry about that I am a hand loader a f / TR shooter . I was looking for a cost saving and short cut way . This is perfect. A Good place to start . Once again thank you

It's not about ammo. It's about ammo that works for _your_ Bren. Problem is we all have different rifles. 8", 11", 14" are all the same (in 556, for simplicity) but when you get to 18.6 we have three factors influencing accuracy of your rifle:
1. Barrel. Dlask short gas converted barrels, Dlask long gas converted barrels, RDSC HB on long gas system, RDSC regular barrel on long gas and I think I RDSC is no selling conversions from short gas system? Those installations are not factory and differ in reliability and quality.
2. Handguard. Original short, US version for 16", HBI of various length. And many install them themselves and incorrect installation will affect fluctuations dynamics.
3. Muzzle device. Especially important on long barrels. It DOES greatly affect accuracy.
Now with all of us having so many possible combinations of options and quality of installation (by RDSC, by DLASK, by ourselves) we most likely will be having different results with the same ammo. Of course usually there's projectile weight that works best for certain twist, but other than that there are tons of factors.
For my Bren so far I found that 55gr reloads and Federal/Hornady V-Max 53gr are the best (1.5-2MOA), but I haven't finished as many tests as I want. This is in following configuration: DLASK short gas conversion + HBI HG + cheapo reverse can with brake.
The closest test to yours was Hornady Black 69gr and it was 4.56MOA. And Another 69gr (Federal Premium Gold Medal SMK) was 1.77 MOA and 2.10MOA on average of two tests (1.77MOA and 2.61MOA) - these tests were done in following configuration: DLASK short gas conversion + HBI HG + no muzzle device.
I strongly believe that ppl should report not only MOA and ammo used but also their Bren configuration.

Did the welfare muzzle device they provided negatively affect accuracy for you? I am not sure why they didn’t give us the 3 prong one it was designed to use.
