A centralized thread where you can show off your new CZ Scorpion Evo Pistols and Carbines.
Mine showed up last week, and the registration cert showed up today, so I rushed out to the range this evening.
Brought only 2 boxes with me, some strange brand of 124gr. and a box of Remington 115gr. I did not notice a difference between the two weights, and had zero malfunctions.
The gun itself is very light in my opinion. Extremely comfortable to shoulder. Very light recoil, not that 9mm has much, the muzzle break is nice and very effective.
The 30 round mag did not drop free out of the box, theres an easy fix online and once i filed a rad on the corner of the mag it drops free amazingly. However once the gun got warm after a few shots, none of the mags dropped free, and ended up pulling them out AK-style with the support hand which is how I take them out anyways.
The trigger is fairly heavy, didn't really bother me though, but may be something to upgrade in the future.
The safety lever on the trigger finger side really digs into your finger as you shoot and maneuver the rifle. I was aware of that when buying it, and 100% will buy a safety delete when I find one.
Not much to say about the iron sights other than I really liked them!
Overall it was a blast to shoot and easily my favourite gun that I own!
And here's some pictures!!
A little side to side.

Painfully simple field stripping.

Bolt face.

On the 25 yard.

10 shot grouping at the 25 yard, standing position.

The remaining 90 rounds. Mix of standing and leaning against the bench.
