DAC394 = major fail Do your home work
Very tempting, but for $399 you can get a complete Sig 2340 from Blueline
So do these require machining or are they serialized?
Sushix2, order the armored DVD from Brownells, the guys on the Sig forum seem to think it's alot better than the interactive armorer DVD from Sig.
Thank's for the heads-up about the amount of work envolved, looks like I better get a couple of cases of beer, I have two kits inbound.
Might be a stupid question but, do P226 mags fit this thing?

No they use 228 mags, I have an original 394 and I never had to modify the magwell for factory Sig 228 mags.

Sorry, but this is incorrect. I specifically asked about this when I called Dlask enquiring about the kits. They are made to specifically use the DAC mags. You can use Sig 228 mags in them only after filing away the four "shoulders" that are machined into the mag well (two on either side). This is straight from the proverbial "horses' mouth"... HTH's
hsld.
Sorry but do you want to bet?
I have one that does just this, maybe he used to machine them better back then.
This was not a kit but a complete DAC-394
ok is this somthing that i could do with simple hand tools?
