I really have no issue with the trigger. Its a battle trigger, with an intentionally long initial pull. But once you get used to the trigger reset, you can keep the pressure on for quick follow ups.
^ This.
I agree that it's mostly workable, however, I have some rifles with "battle" triggers that are nowhere near as horrendous. I do concede that building a decent trigger for a bullpup is a bit of a challenge......
I just think it could be better....by quite a bit......
Maybe I'll get used to it, maybe not...
www.ltwerner.com and try removing your trigger spring. I havent done it but ive heard it helps a bit.
It likely buggers up the reset. No thanks.

I went and bought a few snap caps. The firing pin makes a perfect dot dead centre of the primer. Going to have to log which ammo and which magazine (I have 4 types of mags)
TVPP was kind enough to spend the afternoon with me showing me the ins and outs of the Tavor.
I'm on the fence about buying one right now, so thanks for sharing it's always good to hear about peoples experience with them before purchasing, good to hear you had a great time!
Haha that's quite a visual.Did his Tavordar go off? You get home and he was knocking with a Tavor welcoming commity basket? He's like a ninja, a Tavor seeking ninja.
Nice rifle Samson, glad you had someone with experience nearby to help speed up the learning curve.
In other news! It looks like the gen 2 Canadian Tavors have the proper frames to accept 9mm conversion kits from IWI US! id want to try one out to be 100% certain. We should look at getting some up here this summer!
