Dealers re-stocking glocks?

My buddy is planning on asking for a refund tomorrow. I don’t blame him at all.

Yeah.. I got my refund from Ronin yesterday. The owner was not in a good mood and was giving us crap about calling in, even though we got told to call back. Regardless, I hope everyone else got their orders. Refund was instantly returned.

What gun were you waiting for? My buddy was waiting for a Glock 19X and was constantly told tomorrow. Did you have to call or email to receive your reimbursement? He had no voicemail or email reponse all day and it planning to call the CC company.

See this is the issue. I have had my order at Ronin for the 48 MOS since the first week of June. I've seen 19s and 48s come and go and now I'm down to the absolute final hour. I want the MOS but do I just give in and buy the 48 regular....and then what if they call me tomorrow or a couple of days from now. I believe if the shipment is in Canada by tomorrow then we're all good. Why won't Ronin just clearly give people an update? Why does everyone have to stay in the dark and call/email to only have them seem frustrated that people are contacting them.

That’s the problem people are hamstrung because they have their money. As of tomorrow morning if they don’t have an answer then get your money back. The guns must be in Canada by the 11:59 tonight or they aren’t coming. Once they are in Canada the supplier issues the serial # to the dealer. Once the dealer has received this info they can intimate a transfer to the customer. They absolutely should know what they are getting by now. I purposely contacted a reputable dealer to clarify for my buddy. Their response was it doesn’t sound good. I would never sell guns to a customer that I didn’t receive the serial #’s from the supplier. I would be furious as there has been ample opportunity for my buddy to get what he wanted elsewhere.

That’s what I would do also. I had a Glock 22 Gen 4 pre ordered and paid for. I was told it was mine guaranteed and was on the way. I waited 2 weeks and nothing. I found another dealer with a Glock 22 Gen 5 Mos that was actually in stock. So I called back about my pre order and nobody could give me a straight answer at that point. So I canceled my pre order which they were great about and refunded immediately and I purchased the Gen 5 Instead from the other dealer. Good thing I did because they got short shipped on the order and I wouldn’t have gotten the pre order anyway. The Gen 5 gun is now in the mail and on its way to me. I won’t take any chances on pre orders again.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I don’t check as often as I should but I ordered an Glock 34 Gen 5. Was told to wait a week on Aug 8th and call back on Monday. Called then and was told to wait til Wednesday. Wednesday happened, had an less than positive conversation occurred and refund was instantly returned. When I called a week ago? He told me the only two models missing were the 34/44. Everything else was here, wish I had more information to provide everyone.
