Well if you did managed to get a .45 cal snake through a .22 bore all I can say is the bore must be cleaner than clean now.

I honestly don't know how...my .22 bore snake is a b.i.t.c.h to get through my 10/22 barrel sometimes, and if you've ever had a patch that's slightly too big it's a complete PITA to get through. Don't see how a 45 bore snake could even begin to fit.

I know eh. They’re such a joke and so ineffective for cleaning the average Joe’s gun that the tons of people using them successfully must all be lying.

There should be a full investigation into how someone could abuse a poor defenceless Bore Snake in such away…. It probably suffers from PTSD syndrome ( Pulled Through Small Diameter ) and will never be able to satisfy that old 45 again ….
Fortunately BS is not an endangered species and is known for its prolific reproduction rate ….so hang in there 45 ..
When asked about the incident…
Gun enthusiasts , Gother Stuck says that’s one BS story he’s not buying.
Bin-der Dunthat said he’s not going to step into that BS story and
Newbee Guy asked if the Wings at beer night was going to be replaced by Bore Snake and beer night as he heard snake tastes like chicken….He was assured that BS was always on the menu and was gluten free …
Best served with a tall cool one
PETA , People for the Enjoyable Treatment of Ammo , were relieved that no bullets were harmed
