OK, so here's the update on the whole deal....
I called back...

And so I did....
called them a couple of times just because the guy who was in charge of these things was not there... they didn't even confirm that they are aware of the situation....
A couple of days later, I finally got the guy....

They shipped an inspected rifle this time. Arrived yesterday. The two extra mags I ordered (that came in the first package, but returned 'cause I was thinking refund, not exchange) are missing.

I guess someone from there read this post, because the mags are "ready to be shipped" and they were "aware of the problem"

I'll be moving out west towards spring... but I doubt I'll ever do business with them again.

It's like ... I need a 308 round because I've just seen the biggest buck ever in BC , and I forgot all the ammo home.... if there's a way they can say I shot that buck with their ammo, I would not get in there to buy it.
Rather get my bayonet out and try Gatehouse-style.
