Do You Love Glocks Or Hate Glocks, And Why?

I just had way more fun shooting a heavier and more accurate pistol.

You need to learn how to shoot better. I can drive nails with a G17 all day long. Glock is the most accurate I've ever fired, though the 226 with an aftermarket barrel in it was a close second.

I had a Glock 19 many years ago. It was a great shooter, had good recoil control, and I loved the weight of it. It also never malfunctioned once and it shot everything that I fed it. What I didn't like was the sights. It surprises me that 20 years afterwards, they still have the same sights. That white outline on plastic was horrible. I also am not really to fond of the looks, but that is something that I guess one can get used to.

Quite the persecution complex you have going there. I was in your other thread from start to finish and NOBODY asked you to leave. We just said you were wrong. Apparently unable to deal with that you declined to come back.

Not a single person talked about Glock or any other brand being the "worlds most perfect handgun". That entire conversation was about the Glock trigger/safety systems being no worse than any other.

You were wrong then and we told you such. You clearly learned nothing from that conversation and are back to stir up the sh!t once more.

This thread is about whether you love Glocks or hate them. I said that I would not comment on the opinions about Glocks by the posters here and I have not.

However, this is an instance of where Mr. Suputin seems determined to carry the former thread over into this one, to state his own version of events, stir the pot, and to inject some bashing.

He is very obsessive in this regard IMHO.

However, let's try to play nice.

If you want the thread to continue, and not be derailed, then I think that we should stick to the topic.

YOU started with the name calling. Nobody else sunk to personal attacks. We said you were wrong and offered up evidence to back that opinion. If arguing that you are wrong is a personal attack then that is an issue with you, not the rest of us. Apparently your world is different from the rest of us.

Like I said, if anyone is interested, just go back and read the LEO Accidental Discharge Thread, and make up your own mind.

I didn't name call anyone. There were no personal attacks. This is absolutely untrue.

Mr. Suputin is beginning to scare me. His obsessive need to crush any opposing view by any means seems beyond obsessive IMHO.

In the mean time, unless you want Mr. Suputin to get his own obsessive way, I suggest that you do not allow him to derail what has been a very useful discussion.

But, if he gets his own way, and kills this thread, it has been at least very entertaining and interesting.

If you didn't want anyone to comment about the other thread then don't start this one with several paragraph that read like whining about not being loved in the other thread. Talk about being your own worst enemy.

Yup, elementary school started today.

Again, you are entitled to your opinion.

An amusing twist on a few harmless statements.

But, perhaps Mr. Suputin and you are well-acquainted, and your opinion is somewhat biased?

At least you said, "Mr"
