Dominion Arms T97NRR Rifle?

As per the FRT database, there is no FRT number related to the Type 97NRR published. Don't expect a gun to get into the country en masse without one.

I really don't care how long it takes . CanAm has my pre order .
I was thinking of ordering another one after reading NS's post & posts from another dealer I think I will get a second one . Time to update my CanAm order to 2 ! :D

I can see your point but I look at it this way. It's a $150.00 cheaper through CA with two mags. Also let the people who purchased NS rifles be the beta testers, ya never know the rifle may have problems. I do not think anybody who wants a T97 is going to be left out. There are going to be mountains of them on the market.

The can am rails at also $50 for the t97 compared to sfrc at $100.

I agree the key to sucess is communications, i would have no problem waiting iif an Eta was published , im not going to cancel my preorder if i have a ser eta but the lack of communication is starting to get on my nerves I did not order with canam only because of the price but also cause i believe good service bring loyalty and to be honest I am starting to question my loyalty. I feel like we deserve on honest answer on where we are in the process of getting the T97 as the nsr is in the country yet still no Eta on the NNR. Anyways I don't think im asking much as in the end if CanAm wants my money I should at least be somewhat inform.

Thats all I have to say
They have already said, eta is expected in the Fall, and that's where their status is at for now unless they otherwise post. There you have it, their answer.

Can still use the irons with the SFRC one. Can't with the Canam one.

What's the point of getting a rail, if you want to use Iron sights Laugh2 if I pay for a rail, I will be using its worth by putting nice optics on it. :slap:

This is what my optic looks like, has a second fibre optic sight above the 4x32 scope, so I don't need irons, but I don't use the top sights ever on my TAVOR.

^Always nice to have irons for a backup.
Can someone please confirm whether or not the NRR has no sights or if that's FUD. That's a major factor for me.

I believe the reference wasn't to the iron sights themselves, but being able to use them with the rail. As in: CanAm RAIL = CAN'T use iron sights; SFRC RAIL = see-through, CAN use iron sights.

That was my understanding.

The see through sight rail that is sold by the other dealer for $99.95 with free shipping was once sold by a member here "Clobbersauras" . As the story goes he sold the other dealer the rights. Pretty pricey rail at 99.95, may there will be some other options down the road.

Agreed, this is my understanding. If you look at the rails you can see how the 'canadian made' rail recesses into the handle of the T97. So you can 'theoretically' see irons underneath the mount of an optic... or so it looks. Whereas Canada Ammo doesn't look like that... personally, I don't think you really have hope in hell of effectively using irons peeping below a mounted optic. Just saying ...

What im saying is I don't like not being informed just cause of last shipment fiasco and I think it poor customer service.

Did I expect a smart ass comment from a keyboard commando ? Totally as this is Cgn but thanks but you didnt really bring the update we are asking for
