Itt: People defending bad customer service. Dude got treated poorly and made a review based on it. When I say "hello" Id expect a "hello" back not a "what do you want". If someone came in to buy a cell phone from me and I said "yes?" you can bet I wouldn't work there long. I have nothing against reliable but the amount of people jumping on this guy for sharing his multiple bad experiences is amazing.
I've had at least 100 transactions with the Iceman and he's never been anything but polite. Same goes with most of the other staff.
People are hardly defending bad customer service. They are sharing their postive first hand experiences with The Iceman and his colleagues.
It appears that Mr. Dimenna embelished the events to distract readers from the fact that he got all pissy about the store's policy.
And for the triggered snowflake in this thread that bolded his entire post (lol, reminds me of what's his nuts from that dealer that's not on CGN anymore), I too am fat and have bad vision.
All I was trying to do was trying to paint this image:

If you're fat and wear glasses, I'm sorry I offended you. If you're a liberal and you were offended, well....lolz!
Also, i give zero fuks whether I'm on your ignore list or not![]()
"Tirade" not "tyrade"
I want to get in on the complaining.
I am very sensitive to spelling mistakes
#triggered
#why do the snowflakes get "triggered"... it should be our word, not theirs
The "snowflake" mentality is that of people getting all in a knot over the opinions/comments of complete strangers and usually about the most trivial of topics. That very reaction is what warrants their labeling as a "snowflake". Life must be a real miserable experience for people who simply can't function without every comment being "sensitive" to THEIR feelings/beliefs. The reality these "snowflakes" are living is that they are offended by everything anyone or everyone says all the time. What makes that sweet is that they CHOSE TO BE OFFENDED which means their misery is their own fabrication....
Nothing but good experiences shopping at reliable. The amount of people they see there I’m actually usually surprised when any of the guys there do remember me.
The worst part of shopping there is the lab walking around. Truly horrible. He just comes over and wants pats. I’ll be having a perfectly bad day and he comes over and instantly changes that! How dare their wellness dog be friendly and nice!
It is very sad that a person can't wright.
