I'd think the newer AR .22 uppers would be in the running
. Typical AR take down, pull out the bolt and you can clean the barrel from the breach. At least for a field strip it should be pretty easy.
Another trick for cleaning semis, especially pistols is to use G96 on them and give it a few days to soak into the metal. Then use some oil like you normally would. The carbon just wipes off after that, and usually doesn't need any scrubbing.
