Eatting Coyote. Have you/Would you?

Found an interesting artice from a link in another thread.

It has a few recipes for Coyote meat.

I am pretty much game to try ALMOST anything once.

Has anyone here tried it? If so, how was it prepared and how did it taste?

Would you try it? If not, for what reasons?

Not trolling here, just curious as to other peoples take on it.

There was some guys on ARF that ate one. They said it tasted like a bowl of #### vomit and the stench was really nasty... You get that coyotes are disease ridden carrion eating cannibals huh?

I think maybe some 400lber in 100 degree weather who hasnt washed in two weeks, who lives on Mcdonalds and is a smoker and who also has a raging yeast infection...

Might be worse.

Don't think I'd ever eat it, maybe if was drunk or feeling really stupid and someone cooked it I'd take a bite, but probably not lol.

If starving there's much more viable solutions in the wilderness. And if you're able to kill a coyote, you're probably able to kill other critters.

Never eaten one, but I know they were popular in days past and referred to as marsh rabbit.

Coyote Recipe
2-4 lbs coyote meat
16oz. apricot preserves
1 bottle BBQ sauce
1/2 purple onion diced
1/2 TPS salt
1/2 TPS pepper
1/2 TPS garlic powder
Cook 8Hrs in a Crock Pot
