Does it come with warranty when it doesn’t work? On another thought, I wonder if the company will be around after EMP incident or nuclear explosion? Lol

Quick question though. I'm assuming the 10yr warranty is valid for Canada but would the $25,000 insurance policy be valid outside the USA?
 
I remember back in the 2010's a car hitting a power pole causing a massive surge frying electronics for dozens of houses. Happens more than you think.

In some cases the entire wiring system needs to get replaced in the home.

Now add in lightning strikes and CME's (both considered acts of God by insurers), this device is a bargain.
 
EMP and a power surge are 2 different things.
For EMP your house/street wiring acts as a big antenna and captures the pulse converting it to electrical energy, which can fry electronics if the pulse is large enough, what needs to happen is to ´short’ the captured pulse. However if your electronics are not in a faraday cage they may fry anyway.
