Make the Enforcer your first priority. By far my favourite and greatly undervalued in comparison with the L42A1.

The 7.62 conversions are an amazing history of the Enfield rifle. I was fortunate years ago to find a few. The L39A1 with the PH style stock that was an ex RAF-Germany rifle is one that I was pleased to find to find. Records show the Enforcer was shipped to the Northern Ireland Royal Ulster Constabulary on 24th March 1977 and the Envoy was dispatched to Fultons of Bisley, 24th April 1970, accurized, and marked PALMA MATCH BISLEY 1970 for that matches that year.

i'm just waiting for my background check to go through now and I'm looking at getting an Enfield. Can anyone recommend any good books on them, or on any other common milsurps? I might get a Mosin, too.
