lol, its the grammer police with the comeback. So when I test a motor in the dyno room(controlled conditions) will it perform the same in real world conditions?

This is true. But Chinese (companies) are capable of terrible corruption as well. And selling poor quality or counterfeit items overseas offers little to no risk.
Just try to take a Chinese company to a Chinese court for misrepresentation.

Do what I did, bought the plates removed all the material and foam down to the metal. And had my plates sprayed w PAXCON.

The plate is now lighter, thinner, waterproof, no foam or material to absorb sweat and break down, And of course spall protection.

Civilians can buy PAXCON? Where? Genuine question, not being snarky.
 
So, one news article with no real information other than some partially blurred pictures of labels that may or may not belong to the plate they are placed on and the only identifiable company is the one with staff in the video? I would appreciate a little more clarity but I guess I have to just test my plates at the range.
