I have no favorite cartridge, nor any make or model of rifle.............because I love them all equally.

Hard choice but I’ll go with 30-06 for big game and 22-250 for predators.

I seem to take my 375 Ruger most of all when I hunt. I do spend a lot of time in bear country. BUT, I dont feel underarmed with my Winchester EW .30-06. I like big boomers and feel you cant overkill something. You certainly can have not-enough-gun though when you are around Grizzlies. I saw 2 in Sept

Probably .257 Weatherby Magnum. impressive on paper, but even more in the field. I'm also fond of the good old .243 Winchester and 6.5x55mm, followed by just about anything on the '06 case (of which I currently shoot .270 Win, .280 AI, and .30-06 - EDIT: have a .35 Whelen on the way now as well).

Haven’t hunted big game in a few years. My go to is a 280. Had great luck with 25-06 & 270, as well as 300 win mag. Just as long as it has enough energy and good bullet.

30-06, 300 wsm and 6.5-284. I have a new/used 300 RUM that I developed a sweet load for so it might make the list after this years elk season.
