Same here. I picked my undergraduate program in large part because its the field that has the most petitions for green cards. I start my program this summer. Four more years in this sh*thole country then I'm gone. I want to do all my Co-ops in the US to build connections for when I graduate, and If by the grace of god I get a permanent job offer before I graduate, I'll be on the first plane to America, I can finish my education there or learn it on the job.

Same here. I was going to take that student benefit and buy a G48 and build an AR15, give that money to hard working Canadian gun stores employees.

Seems more like they're basing some of these off of a shoestring conversion. What a farce.

Everyone definitely needs to clog the Courts and make things expensive as possible for them by writing appeal letters and waiting right till the last minute for compliance. We must unite and use our numbers and the law to it's full extent while staying legal and lawful. A massive Class Action Lawsuit needs to be filed as well by citizens and businesses owners a.s.a.p against Turdeau and his lackeys.

Also we should all buy barrels and ready mix cement so we can make it as difficult as possible to process the "buy backs". Have a small port so the serial and model numbers are visible.

Make it as long, difficult and annoying as possible every step of the way while working within the law to do so!!

It doesn’t even include the AR15 and one of them is a pistol.

Way to many SKS, M305's 10/22's and Mini's out there. Compliance will be very low.

It is doubtful that Trudeau's gang would bother going after a 22 cal. rifle like the Ruger 10/22 ; yet leave the AR off the list .
 
Why bother naming firearms? NYS eliminated many orders of magnitude more guns by banning features:
  • Semi auto
  • Detachable mag
  • Any ONE of the following:
  • Bayonet lug
  • Pistol grip
  • Thumbhole stock
  • Forward grip
  • Flash hider or other muzzle device
  • Collapsible or folding stock
  • Grenade launcher

Ar15? Gone
M305? Gone.
Tavor? Gone.
JR carbine? Gone.
10/22 with a flash hider? Gone.

They need firearms to point at and say "elect us so we can ban these for public safety". FAs and Liberals have a symbiotic relationship. If they get rid of all of them now, who/what will be the boogey man next election cycle?
 
Seeing the possibillity of an injust law base on false facts and lies, make it almost madatory to push a coast to coast non compliance tsunami. Thiis i my late position on this fraud. Period.

Just an excuse to try to make it look like they are doing something useful. Based on the scrutiny from C71 I imagine there will be some fun articles to read after they announce it.

Something has been building for a while, IMO the govt no longer represents the peoples interests. I'm not just talking about guns of course. The future doesn't look good for Canada, or even the developed world at this point.
