Tibia Plateau Fracture in August, a couple years back. Kinda cramped my style, but found things to do.
Had a spinal Fusion in my lower back in 2008. An improvement, but not a total success story. Pain issues.
Costco has the cheapest Robaxacet clone around. Around a nickel a pill, instead of a buck each.
My Doc is trying to get me off the Coedine (which works, and doesn't wreck my guts) and back on to anything else. Most of ebverything else I have tried in the past had a great deal of worse side effects, though.
She suggested the Pot route too. Haven't yet.
Dealing with my pain requires that I find a balance, more than to find a solution. If I sit still for too long, pain goes up. Work too hard, same. Staying physically active enough, is what seems to work, usually.
If I never see the inside of a gym again, it'll be about right. So I cut and split wood, take care of the stuff I can around the farm, and try not to wreck myself worse.
Welcome to the suck. If you let it wreck ya, it will. So don't.
