Aren’t these made in Taiwan?
I checked mine, labeled on the bottom of unit "Made in Taiwan". I'm certain if it were made here, the USA or Europe it would cost much more.

Out of curiosity... has anyone found a little case or something that fits it nicely?
I don't like to carry it just loose to the range

I use a Pelican. I have an external lithium battery too, and the plugs and bipod. Fits very nicely.

Kool what’s the model # of that Pelican so I can order one ? PLEASE RJ
Jim, it’s a model 1200. Btw, the Pelican warehouse is in Edmonton. When you buy on line, it gets shipped out of Edmonton. I picked this and my big magnum rifle case up at that warehouse.

Has anyone tried to plug the Xero into the battery pack and then use it as intended ? before it needed to be charged ?
Great ideas !! The case and xtra battery pack. Is it one of those cell phone sized portable units that can charge a couple phones or laptops before needing to be charged again ? I have a couple of those here and was thinking on adding the one from my hunting pack to my range bag now.

Would this work as well, I have all Dewalt stuffI specifically went to the range with a low battery in mine. That said, it still lasted forever, and I was down to my last 5 rounds, and had to stop shooting and play with the chrony to fully run the battery down until shut off. Lasted WAY longer even with a min charge than I was exptecting.
Anyways, once it shut off with no power, I plugged in my makita power bank that I use and she fired up right away, and I was able to use it like normal to shoot the last 5 rounds. Everything went just as normal.
I had a few errands to run on the way home, and about 2 hrs later when I got home I was near full charge.
Yes, and power bank with usb plug will work. I have a few different one, but usually carry my makita, as it is the fastest recharge 18 v battery pack. 5.0 amp battery with usb charge adapter.

You can get them for most any of the popular batteries now.

This would be a cheaper version for just USB adapter. No need for it to charge, as you would have chargers already.

Is the LR made in Canada? Or just assembled in Canada?Labradar was a bit late to the game. But they to have a small form factor chronograph coming to market. The Labradar LX. I was going to save up to buy the Garmin this year, but if Labradar is made in Canada. I'd much rather buy a Canadian made product instead of one made in Taiwan.
