I stopped driving to work, and now I bike 20 min each way twice a day. I didn't change my diet at all, (in fact I can eat wtf I wantLosing weight is a lifestyle change. Burn more than you take in. How you do it is up to you.
X 2I cut out all wheat and my gut got a lot smaller and no more feeling bloated. After a month I didn't miss it anymore and lost about 10 lbs.
Try Yoga and don't laugh it is hard and will make you much more flexible. just search you tube and watch the videos, and do it with your wife if you have one.

It seems silly but you'll get WAY stronger and probably more centered LOL

Been doing it off and on for 12 years.
You can go to the gym and throw around weights to tear up your muscles or do yoga;hold , stretch and release to tear them.
Does pretty much the same thing, ironically.
Gym rats will argue otherwise but...I've seen grown men cry at my work, juiceheads make me laugh. All show , no go.
Try the yoga, no-one has to know and it's way cheap to try.
As an aside it also has the best looking women on the planet at your average class
