Do you remember what model Limbsaver you used? I'd noted that upgrade from other threads but can't recall now.
Stoeger M3500 pads fit perfect!

I would also like to add a browning Auto 5 to the safe but I'd say 50 weeks a year I am shooting 2 3/4", 7 1/2 size with 1oz or 1 1/8 oz target loads for fun out in the yard.
I mounted a cheap thrower to the receiver hitch on one of the ATV's
Is there anyway to make them cycle these loads reliably ?
I have contacted 2 sellers on the EE and both say they wont cycle the light stuff

I shoot an MC312 when duck hunting. Overall for the price it's pretty reasonable. When things work it works well, cycles well, no issues with a variety of different steel shot shells. Mine DOES occasionally fail to fire the first shell - it's like a light strike. You have to be really certain that the bolt closes properly when you manually insert the the first shell when reloading. Don't ride the charging handle at all. The issue isn't so bad that I would get rid of the gun but it's annoying enough that I might make a different choice for something a little more reliable if buying the first time.In the market for a semi auto, but not a big budget unfortunately.
Saw these Girsans and the price is crazy cheap.
Does anyone have any real experience with them, easy to clean and maintain, reliability etc.
They also have a semi with a rotary bolt that looks interesting but not much information that I can find.
Thanks in advance

I understand this is a common problem with any maker of an inertia semi, not just Girsan.
