I work in a production shop and use flashlights everyday. I regret to say I use a motormaster light because it was on sale. I also don't have enough at home. My kids find them and disperse them through the house and they also make sure the batteries are dead for when I need one.

Usually use my phone light when I need to see in darker areas, suck as network cabinets or computer insides. I could use a good flash light.

Use flashlights for taking the dog out at night. Used my light last night with the police. Had a break in at a shop I own and had to go down there in the middle of the night. I had the brightest light in the group. Me vs 5 police. They were all amazed.

Kind of a gear nut here, I use flashlights sometimes at work and headlamps for cycling/working at night in the yard etc. I could use a compact weapon light.

I work nightshifts.. so chances of using a flashlight are a daily thing.. from pre inspection on equipment to post inspection.

I use flashlights in an emergency, while camping, and like to keep one in the truck console.

Oh also on any handgun with a rail.
