Online it says that the original lenght of the barrel for a glock 19 is 102mm. This canadian version is supposed to have a 106mm barrel so it means a difference of 4mm.

Is it me or the barrel looks like it is protruding more than 4mm on the pictures?

The barrel on the G19 at 102mm wasn't flush with the slide to begin. All told, it probably overhands around 6-7mm.

Where could I buy an extended magazine like this?

Ebay has lots to sell and it come with spring. Not sure about the quality. Made of aluminium. Within $20.
