Glock Transfer Rejected

As annoying as the situation may be a 100% refund is the only way forward.
Not everything in life works out the way you plan, especially if the government is involved in any decision making.

So when you bought those Glocks, did you tell the cops that you bought a frame or a functional gun.

Gonne be fun.

Besides, you prove my points over and over and you are the one whining.

I don't understand the first part of your question... What Glocks did I buy?

But yes by asking for advice on a situation, I am whining, gotcha.

Some guy gave me $100 to hold a G17 I was selling. He pissed around for 2 weeks and Glocks dropped from ~$1800 to $1200. I then sold it for $1300 and he offered the deposit for my troubles. The guy screwed you over on the profit you could have made. Who gives a #### if he has legal troubles. Boo hoo. He made you lose out on $X. Thats on him, not on you. Why is it always the broke people who bring up these kind of money issues and excuses.

That being said, just pay the guy back. Consider the list profit a cost of getting this guy out of your life on a good note.

It sucks, but in my mind the onus is on you for not covering eventualities in a contract. Should have determined a restocking fee beforehand. As it is, morally, you have no choice but to refund 100%.

As to price, it’s whatever the market will bear. Nobody forces anyone to buy.

Willing buyer, willing seller. The law of supply and demand. It's not gouging if someone is willing to pay the price.

It may come to cCanada or may not,but the USA for example has harsh penalties for vendors that increase prices more than %10 after an emergency is declared

That is Anti-gouging law and it is a good law that prevents scum from price-gouging during emergencies. OP’s and EE deals are not gouging as there is no emergency. People are free to buy or not buy from EE as they please, no matter the price.

His bad news no Glock and a refund from you. Your good news you have a Glock that never left you with a twist. Sad your out of pocket, but look at this, at least you have a gun that is unobtainable at our current system. If we get to transfer handguns again you can sell it.
