Might not wanna post that on the internet, because that there is a prohib.
Is it still longer than 26 inches? It sure doesn't look like it is.
Because that counts (at least in my head, and probably in the CFC's) as an alteration to the barrel to reduce length.
Those sights look pretty solid. Are they "Dominion" manufactured or aftermarket?
It wouldnt be prohib. Resticted if less than 26" when folded.
It MUST be pretty damn close to 26" though. Maybe a sling adapter would push it over, if it is under. You can get an extra 1/4 inch from them and I really like how they set you up for a nice single point sling.
prohibited firearm" means
(b) a firearm that is adapted from a rifle or shotgun, whether by sawing, cutting or any other alteration, and that, as so adapted,
(i) is less than 660 mm in length, or
(ii) is 660 mm or greater in length and has a barrel less than 457 mm in length,
"restricted firearm" means
(b) a firearm that
(i) is not a prohibited firearm,
(ii) has a barrel less than 470 mm in length, and
(iii) is capable of discharging centre-fire ammunition in a semi-automatic manner,
(c) a firearm that is designed or adapted to be fired when reduced to a length of less than 660 mm by folding, telescoping or otherwise,
That shotgun folds to less than 660mm so its restricted.

How much money and time are you willing to waste on defending yourself in a court of law? Just put the 18" barrel back on until the rapture comes.
