H R Pardner pump

Then you cannot say what is better. You never owned one, shot one, handled one. Your opinion is nothing more than wanting to hear yourself talk.

Oh don't assume I have never held , worked on or shot one. My experiences came real early with them when I sold a guy a wingmaster barrel and he told me I sold him junk since it would not fit and been at least three more in my hands since that one but they never got any better
Others had intermittent problems with the gun loading and cycling a shell from the magazine and also problems with ejecting the hull of a shot shell, broken mag follower. That is all I can remember

Nothing to do with me talking and sorry I hurt your feelings calling your gun what it is. I don't normally ever do that but it is what it is this time
Many would not know a quality firearm today if it hit them in the face but they sure know how cheap some are to buy and try to convince others to do the same to help justify their decision to own one

The way I look at it if it gets you in the shooting game and that is all you can afford fill your boots and enjoy the gun but please don't try to convince those that know pumps they are even a decent made product especially from China of all places. That should be enough alone to stay away
Cheers

I am considering ordering one of these but have never handled or even seen one in person.
Thoughts,opinions?
Are barrels interchangeable with any other makes?
Thanks

Some of the "experts" will tell you that the new H&R Pardners are junk even tho they have never owned one. Forget what they say.

The new H&R Pardner guns are a darn good bang for your buck. They look good, they handle good and they shoot good. I would buy another in a heartbeat.
Some will hold thier nose at these but who really cares what they have to say.

Yup great guns for the price. Very smooth action. I heard you really had to pump it to chamber. Not the case, I can go as easy as I want. I only paid 270.83$ taxes in. I had to send it for warranty. Shot slugs low/left. H&R/Gravel was great to deal with. No issues at all. They sent me a new one. Only gripe is the vent rib. They tend to be a little wavy.

First one was bad, second one acceptable. I got a buddy that I coax in buying one. He said his vent rib is a little off.

But H&R is now part of Remington. I wouldn't put it past them to sub contract some of the 870 parts off to them.

Sorry I have to say two more things now. I don't ever recall in 55 years owning and buying them having to buy two remington 870's to get one to work :)
Remington have owned them for 13 years now
All the best

Sorry I was wrong. I said 2-5 minutes and it should be 6 1/2
In 2020 you get what you pay for plain and simple in just about everything we buy sadly it seems
Cheers

I’ll stick with my Mossberg 500’s

One day I’ll pick up an old wing master.

Right handed but cross eye dominant. So I shoot left

I hate cross bolt safeties and the Mossberg controls work better for me. Otherwise I’d probably be into 870’s

Out of all these Chinese and Turkish shotguns. I don’t see a problem with having a range toy. Or a shotgun you don’t want to care about as much. But if your ever going to use one to protect yourself, I’d like to trust my life to it. So that’s why I would suggest to people to get a name brand pump and then buy whatever Chinese/Turkish special you want...

Stop using Take Care, Cheers, All the best. They are closing statements. As in you're done, conversation is over, bye bye, cya. Yet here you are still blabbing on having to get the final 2 cents in. Nobody is going to take your advice. So just drop it.

Haven’t noticed him around eh, can’t imagine how strong his neck must be to hold up that inflated ego. Easily the douchiest in here I’ve come across. Right or wrong some simply can’t communicate without being a pompous ass. Must live ####ty reality to be such a constant downer. Avatar fits well.

Don’t know where I said I bought a grizzly or need a griz, have a nice wingmaster. Your advice is not wrong, your just a #### lol. A yank indeed :jerkit:

I believe the Pardner pump along with the Dominion Arms pump are both made by Norinco. I know the Norc handguns are decent quality but haven't heard awesome reports of their shotguns....yet.

The DA mag fed Grizzly’s can be finicky which is a mag issue, the tube fed Grizzly’s are rock solid. Like the norc 1911’s they come with some rough edges occasionally but once they get worked in or polished they’re smooth as a broken in 870 express. I have a de burred and polished grizzly that’s smoother than most 870’s.
