Yeah I never got a shipping notice either, but my registration card came over a week ago so I'm hoping she shows up soon.

Mine showed up yesterday

The machine work is top notch. I scrutinized this upper and have nothing to complain about

The white flecks in the pictures are from wiping the reciever down with a paper towel. Didn't notice until pictures were PP

The anodizing is a bit dark . I personally couldn't care less if it matches the upper but some people might.

For comparison, a Mega upper and a Vltor upper

Just got mine! Haven't opened the box yet to take a look at it. I did get a shipping notice through Canada Post, it actually showed up on the estimated date!

Edit: opened up the box. Appears to be well made, no machining marks that I can see and only a couple very minor imperfections in the anodizing which might go away with a little oiling. Really dark almost black just like TRG-42 said. Nice low serial #s too, mines in the first hundred.

Me happy camper!! Can't wait to stockpile more parts and get building.

Think it is just about time for Blueline to have a sale on the remaining parts for their LE-1. At the very least a deal on an upper receiver would be good.:D

Is the safety detent hole on all of the receivers tin foil thin and drilled straight through the inside of the receiver? As it looks like too much material was removed from the inside of the receiver around the safety. You can see it in the picture below, approximately where the safety would go you can see through the receiver, this is not right. Mine is also like this. Considering how thin mine is I would not expect the safety detent to stay put for very long.

I will check mine. I have the LPK installed and the safety feels good. I will look at it in more detail but so far no concerns. I was actually quite happy with how the safety feels compared to my other AR.

Got my lower today and was very excited to start assembling it. Like others have said it seems to be well made and has a really nice finish and the thing is going to look smokin'. After seeing the problem with the safety detent hole that Mirk pointed out I was quite happy to see that my lower had no such issue. My serial is quite low (under 20) so maybe later ones have the detent issue? Here's a picture of the inside of my lower.

After getting my lower mostly put together and realizing that I had a safety selector missing from my LPK, I decided to move onto the buffer tube assembly. As I went to put in my rear take down pin I noticed that it wouldn't go all the way in. Seems that either when the lower was cast, it was cast wrong, or when it was machined they put the hole in the wrong place. I'm thinking the hole was machined wrong because you can see that it is slightly off center compared to the counter sunk portion. It's pretty disappointing waiting this long only to end up with a dud because otherwise I love it. You can see the problem in this picture. Has anyone else noticed anything wrong with their lowers? Guess I'll have to wait until Blue Line is open tomorrow to call and see what they think.
