Has anyone got their stripped lower yet?

Hello Devlin,
I do apologize for what has happened with the lowers and in this thread. We were unaware of the issues with the lowers when we placed them for sale. There was never any intent to deceive or trick any customers and we stand behind what we sell. That being said if anyone is not 100% happy with their lower they are welcome to return it for a full refund.

Best regards,

My question is, why would you even send them out if they were sub par. Even though you're offering full refunds, this still taints your image in a cut throat market. You would have been better off getting them finished properly and been delayed in shipping them out. Just a very poor business decision as far as I'm concerned...

At least you guys have yours, I've already paid the credit card off that it was charge on and have nothing to show for it my accountant (wife) is starting to question what I really spent the money on I'm starting to wonder too.

Got my registration confirmation from my Quebec CFO in the mail last friday! So it took exactly 4 weeks to get it approved (i can live with that!) i got everything to build a complete liwer so once it arrives i'll only have to build it from a to z!

I'm in the same boat as you I got my registration certificate weeks ago and still noting. With that being said I my just ship it right back after seeing the quality of the lowers. I even sent a email asking if it was shipped yet but never got any reply I got my fingers crossed

So my YHM EZ pull takedown pins arrived today from Brownells.

The rear pin fit better than my Stag rear pin, however I did need to use an emery cloth on the receiver to polish it enough so that the pin would fit flush. I covered up a few small marks with a Sharpie following the polishing.

If someone wanted to, I'm sure they could sand/polish a regular pin or the receiver enough to avoid ordering the YHM EZ pull pins.

Overall, I'm glad I went with the YHM pin. I only had to slightly polish the receiver area and the EZ pull pin allow for the receiver to be taken down much easier as the pin still does fit tight. The lower fits well with my Stag Upper and it passed the CF function test when assembled.

The only down side is that I had to pay $15 to make a new product operational.......

Please contact our retail location at 604-552-8830 and we can look into your order. We ship out the customers receipts with their orders. If we have not received a confirmation of the transfer from the CFO's office it has not shipped yet.

Hello Everyone,

We have been trying to track down everyone's transfer verifications from the CFO's with very little help from thier end. Although many of you have received your transfer verification we are still waiting on many peoples paperwork. If you have not received a shipping confirmation from us please contact your CFO and ask them to fax us a copy of your documentation at 604-552-8831 or send it to us by email at info@blueline-activities.com.

We appreciate everyone's help with this matter as we have had employees working hard on processing these receivers orders every day since we put the sale on and we are trying to get these to customers as fast as we can.

We understand everyone's frustration and please understand that we are feeling the same way. Customers are receiving transfer confirmations weeks before they are being mailed to our office. If you have received your paperwork please email or fax it to us at 604-552-8831 and we will be more than happy to expidite things as much as we can with your help.

Best regards,
Ryan Patterson

Just sent it by email! I've had an issue like this with another vendor and had to email the confirmation so they could finish the transfer, totally understand :)

Well I was willing to live with the poor finish, I was willing to live with the roll pin holes being on the tight side, I was even willing to live with the rear take down pin not fitting properly but with all that and now the buffer detent hole being under sized I have no choice but to send this back. I am done with this Blue Line lower.

How does one go about returning their lower? I have sent a e-mail off to Blue Line and have not heard back from them. First time dealing with Blue Line and I am less and less impressed by them. Will be looking elsewhere next time I need stuff.

Well I just got a call saying that my lower had flaws... What a fun phone call after a month of wait and dreams of my new built.
I am very disappointed that BL waited so long before letting me know that my lower and others had a flaw. Specially when I got a call from them 4 weeks ago for the transfer. I also recall reading that all lowers were packed and ready to ship less than a week after the Sale ended. No one said anything then. No replacement is offered only refund, Kinda suck specially when I already have a BL lower the I bought 3 years ago. I know they produce them but will not offer to produce a correct one. Does not make sense to me. I love my first lower btw. Top quality.

So apparently mine has a flaw on the ball detente. Any pictures of the flaw in question. Steven told me to Check CGN for pictures but I don't feel like browsing 20 pages

Better eat the pill, my brother THE phone call also. Steven told me he been on the phone all day trying to reach other customers.

I am just trying to figure out if this lower as a market value with the flaw, if not Ill just go with the refund route. and take a chance with NEA. I hope not otherwise this story would end up a big waste of time for everybody. I am not the kind guy who like to send $150 in the garbage. I rather make a donation to the NFA or CSSA.

Still haven't find the pictures... :-/
