The decked or other bed systems are great and highly recommended. Im personally a large fan of truck caps since ive had to make arrangements to sleep in one more than once and they keep everything out of the elements, fitted with a rack very useful and the storage will never end.
Im still a fan of the axe over hawk lol, the hawk is tacticool but my truck always has a full size axe and a sledge in it (also a chainsaw on good days, never seems to be there on the days where you wish you had it) but that's opinion and im shure you will get creative if you need to.
The last thing because you pretty much seem to have it covered but haven't seen mention is tires and wheels, bead locks are the way to go for anything that may see rough use changeability, if your not in a rush but flexibility is amazing have never needed the winch on the truck with bead locks when you can let out air and gain traction (paired with good quality
tires). A huge lift is absolutely not necessary, suspension upgrades and having things tuned will go farther than slapping a 5 foot lift every time so the 35s should do just fine.
You guys have a very nice truck and im looking forward to seeing what will come of it.
