man o man, this guy and the guy who blamed ATRS a few months back because canada post ever so slightly damaged his gun in transport, make CGN my favorite place to get my drama fix :)

as others have said, it must be one heck of a struggle to maintain sanity dealing with people like this on a daily basis :(

This is the first post, legitimate and polite complaint re. a POS and this person should not continue to be mocked, harassed and continued to be embarrassed by you guys and esp. Marstar.

1st As trivial as the questions may have been maybe instead of all the "Jump on the bandwagon" crew remarks and making fun of the guy, how about just helping out with some constructive comments as some already have...not sure what the point is in making the guy feel like s**t?

2nd I think anyone with an issue or concern on a purchase of Firearm go direct to the dealer/seller... Call, email, PM etc... also be a little patient as you may not be the only person that requires assistance. Posting in the public form is not the best approach.

I had some issues with some firearms in the past, sent pics and detailed explanation and received superb customer service from Wolverine and Frontier Firearms.

Best approach is be specific, polite and most dealers will go out their way to resolve the issue.

The OP is a freakin poser. He complained on-line and turned his issue into a circus stunt. He was offered 3 very reasonable options but refused all of them. Apparently he wants more than a replacement. The OP has a history of similar experiences and seems to use this approach as a means to get huge discounts. Read the entire thread before passing judgement. From what I can tell, the OP is a douchenozzel...

May I respecfully suggest that you read through the entire thread BEFORE arriving at any conclusions.... This customer has had numerous issues with others as well....

We always treat our customers with respect and courtesy, however this individual has streched the envelope to the extreme.

AN interesting idea, it is tempting sometimes....
But we do live in a democracy, although I may not always agree with a person or their statements, I would would defend that right that we are fortunate enough to enjoy in this country.

Oh please ... just treat each customer with respect and courtesy without going above and beyond ... and end it at that. If you tried your best and received no response end it and forget about it, this way you rise above this customer that you and others chastise.

If you spent less time here and more serving your customers but...its been said before. NO SOUP FOR ME. I just checked your site and you know how much stuff is out of stock? Why do you advertize what you cannot deliver, I think thats a simple question but it doesn't matter to me, I wont be buying anything, made that mistake before...No SOUP FOR ME..again......
